U.S. court overturns President Trump’s IEEPA tariffs: implications for Canada-U.S. trade

On May 28, 2025, the United States Court of International Trade (CIT) overturned all of the tariffs imposed by President Trump under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).
